Dr. Constance Mobley is both an abdominal transplant surgeon and a critical care specialist. Her surgical expertise involves liver transplant, hepatobiliary surgery, and pancreatic surgery. Dr. Mobley is the Director of the Surgical Liver Intensive Care Unit at Houston Methodist Hospital and has published peer-reviewed journal papers on the management of critically ill liver failure patients, hepatocellular carcinoma, and post-transplant length of stay and discharge disposition.

Dr. Andrea Duchini is a transplant hepatologist who cares for patients with liver disease and gastroenterology disease. Dr. Duchini has clinical interest in liver and biliary diseases, colon cancer, liver transplant, and endoscopy. As part of the Sherrie and Alan Center for Liver Disease & Transplantation, Dr. Duchini regularly cares for critically ill patients with liver disease.
Robert S. McFadden, MD

Dr. Robert McFadden is the interim Chief of Hepatology for the Houston Methodist Hepatology group. Dr. McFadden’s clinical interests include alcoholic hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver transplantation, and hepatobiliary disease. Dr. McFadden has published journal papers on hepatocellular carcinoma, combined liver and lung transplantation, and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
